Sanjaya spent 16+ years at MillenniumIT ESP, rising from Business Development Manager to three successive Vice President roles — VP of Enterprise Applications & Intelligent Automation, VP of Global Alliances & Partnerships, and VP of Software Development. Beyond MITESP, he served as Director on the Board of FITIS (Federation of IT Industry Sri Lanka) and as EXCO Member of the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance (APICTA), representing innovators across 17 member nations. He holds a BSc in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Peradeniya and an MBA from Edith Cowan University. He co-founded NeuralNexus to channel his deep expertise in AI innovation and business transformation into purpose-built software solutions that deliver measurable, real-world impact.

A highly accomplished software architect and engineering leader with over 20 years of experience spanning full-stack development, cloud architecture, blockchain, and AI engineering. Sujeewa began his career in enterprise software before joining MillenniumIT (part of the London Stock Exchange Group), where he spent a decade as Team Lead — building and managing a multidisciplinary team of 12 engineers delivering SharePoint, O365, Azure, and cross-platform solutions for global clients. He then progressed to Associate Software Architect and subsequently Director of Software Engineering at MillenniumIT ESP, before taking on the role of Software Architect and Director of Software Engineering at Zitles Inc., USA. Throughout his career he has architected solutions across financial services, enterprise applications, and emerging AI workloads. He holds an MSc in Advanced Software Engineering from the University of Westminster. He co-founded NeuralNexus to build the kind of scalable, precision-engineered software he has championed throughout his career across global enterprises and high-growth startups.
